Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn

  • 1 cup unpopped popcorn
  • ⅓ cup butter
  • ⅔ cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons MR.MENDES ceylon cinnamon powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Collect all the necessary ingredients. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit (120 degrees Celsius).


Use an air popper to pop the corn following the manufacturer's instructions. Transfer the popped corn to a large mixing bowl and set it aside. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.


Add sugar, MR MENDES Ceylon cinnamon powder, salt, and vanilla to the melted butter; cook until the mixture becomes thick and bubbly. Pour this over the popcorn and stir to ensure an even coating.


Spread the coated popcorn onto a large roasting pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.


Turn off the oven and let the popcorn remain inside for an additional 20 minutes. Take the popcorn out of the oven and allow it to cool completely before serving.
